Amazing amazing customer service!! A very welcoming place and they cater to your requests. They took all my requests and made such a perfect bouquet for such an affordable price. They genuinely went above and beyond with the decoration of bouquet. I even was able to include a birthday card for my friend on the bouquet. Would definitely recommend coming here for any occasion. Definitely coming back here again.

I’ve been coming to Stavebank Florist ever since I started working in the area and found out about them! Mona and her team are amazing - whether it’s putting together arrangements for any occasion or even just a chat about different types of flowers and plants, you can tell the passion that is involved with everything they do! I can’t say enough good things about them!! I would highly recommend - flowers are always fresh, arrangements are put together like art pieces with everything complimenting each other, the service is top tier and not to mention they do same day delivery! They certainly deserve all their flowers and then some 🌹🌷🌺🌸💐

Gotta admit I’m not at all aflower shop connoisseur, but I think all shops can look up to them. Went in for a single rose, one of the girls patiently went through each colour and it’s significants -I went with pink As she was wrapping it up and making it all pretty, the other staff came from behind the curtain and picked up where the first woman left off. We Had a brief convo and before I knew it…it’s was time to pay my monstrous bill of 5$ Seriously how nice it looked,the smell and their friendliness I woulda paid triple that. Thanks ladies!

This is the third year I have purchased a dozen roses in multi colours to celebrate my friends birthday. Alanna was thrilled by the beautiful arrangement. I have always found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. Please support this local business. And as a bonus Archer a beautiful corgi may come running out from the back of the store and give you a warm welcome. David

I called Stavebank, lovely customer service, placed my order for same day delivery to chartwell residence and the flowers were there before the patient was even home from the hospital. She is thrilled and I am thrilled with the excellent service and attention they gave.
