I called to check if they did X-rays and CT scans; my Mom had fallen and the ER was extremely packed. The lady that answered the phone was very courteous and informative. As soon as I pulled up, two ladies were at the door with a wheelchair to help. I hadn’t even finished filling out the forms when she was already taken to a room. Every staff member that we came in contact with was very courteous, empathetic and professional. Thank you to Jocelyn, John, Penny and Dr. Lopez for the care my mom received.

Yesterday August 17th. I took my husband with serve back pain. Lost bladder control & other complications due to back pain. The doctor that attended him just gave him muscle relaxer and told him to go home. He was out in less than 20 mins. 24 hours later he hasn’t had any improvement.

I'm one to never get seen or go to the hospital. I went in after having severe back pain for a month. When I got to the front desk and said I wanted to get seen for my back the receptionist ask for ID and insurance. I had it on my phone and she said the system doesn't like to take it like that mejor vete. So I left. Am I walking with a limp yes. Will I be going back probably but not today. Hopefully I don't need surgery by the time I choose to go in. I'll remember to have everything ready.

My experience at STAT was an unpleasant once I was called in. (It was not an emergency but my doctor was booked that day so was told to go here instead) The nurse weighed me then we went to the exam room where my blood pressure was measured immediately by another nurse while not even giving me the time to relax and at the same time I am answering questions about my symptoms and not being completely calm. Then the samples were taken waiting for lab results and in the middle of this an older Dr I think last name I saw on his scrub top was Jasso walked in told me to remove my mask in such a rude tone told me to sit up and not making me feel comfortable at all. He had a very unfriendly disposition and he in the end said it was nothing. He told me in a harsh tone it’s viral it’s going everywhere and maybe allergies but it’s just his voice tone his whatever attitude that struck me! Idk if this man has military background but he needs to be reminded he’s dealing with patients here and he needs to have a bit of more heart when approaching us and not like a harsh military lieutenant talking to his men!

From beginning to end; each of the staff members on duty provided me with superior care!
Alex, the admission representative was very attentive, clear and calm. He even asked for a wheelchair for me. His smile never stopped shining. Very pleasant and appreciated in a time of uncertainty.
Valeria, the nurse who was my emergency room technician, came out to get me. She brought out a wheelchair that was a bit to small, not her fault, she never had meet me until then. She quickly corrected the situation. She was great.
Dr. Durairaj was very throughal on his examination and questions as he was gathering up the information to make a diagnosis. He was very professional, polite, and patient.
Miguel, the radiology technician was kind, patient, and ready to help me on capturing the images needed for the doctor. I was moving like a turtle, but he was patient, offered me assistance on getting ready for my Cat Scan. He guided my wheelchair with ease and efficiency to get me to the image room.
Tamara, my nurse knows her field well. She has a radiance like no other, well knowledged, and cares for her patients like family. She was very detailed on my discharge paperwork and at home care to get me back on my feet.
The Stat slogan lives up to it!!!

PS. Thank you to Maria, an admission clerk who has helped us a couple times. I do apologize if I haven't mentioned the other staff members who need special mentioning also. SUPERIOR TEAM AND FACILITY!!!

Had a great experience here after convenient care wouldn’t see me and the ER had me waiting 5hrs until I finally gave up getting treated. Stat had me in and out very quickly with a prescription.

Excellent service and great Staff the Physician Haq. Was great he was friendly and informative and he cares about his patients also the nurses were excellent RN Tamara and RN Valeria. were friendly and they help me with outstanding service along with Miguel Radiology tech. I highly recommend Stat ER. Iam a Veteran and they treated me like family they accepted V.A. health care and also Blue Cross blue shield.

Everyone here is super compassionate and caring, but, Nurse Tamara always goes above and beyond what is necessary. Doctors come and go but Tamara is a constant face of compassion and kindness. 🙏🏽
