Started with a simple inspection for solar panel installation. Was told a new roof would be covered under insurance due to hail damage, they will do the job for the check amount; only to be harassed by multiple employees who were NOT communicating amongst each other. Started in July, they’ve been on the way to complete the issues I’ve found since October 1, 2025 & today is November 5. I’ve given every department plenty of opportunity to make it right but as an adult & business owner all you have is your word. Please read screenshots, even respectful enough to blur the numbers (if you need the 704 conversation I have that too). Disappointed is an understatement. If it sounds too good to be true, it is!!

Called to get repair to vent pipe, just needed caulking. Roof was replaced 7 years ago. Brian went on roof looked around while on phone to Melinda trying to get quote on this and that. Came off roof and took ladder down and told me 3500 dollars. I told him someone was supposed to caulk pipe. Oh yea I saw that on work order. Why did you take ladder down? Went back up on roof and caulked 2 pipes, probably took the 3 to 5 minutes. Came down and asked me how does 350 dollars sound? Then proceeds to ask me for a good review. How can I give a good review if it's not raining so I can see if it leaks? 350 dollars to caulk 2 pipes!!! 3500 dollar estimate for things that are not needed at the time. I called for repair not major work. Edit to this review. You say that you didn't even want to do this job. Well you should change your website where it says "we'll tackle any roofing problem from small leaks to big fixes" You also said $350 was a discount and that it was only $300 so can I have the $50 back that I wrote a check for $350. You're basically saying if it's not enough money involved you're not interested. NICE

You had 2 pipe boots and 2 750 vents. We have employees to pay, materials and marketing. $350 was a discount on a bandaid repair that we didn’t want to do in the first place. (And we said $300.00) We like doing things right. Which would be reflected in the higher estimate in the $3500.00 estimate. We aren’t a handyman company. We are a leading roofing contractor that does work right the first time. If you would’ve used us 7 years ago you’d not be calling us now. Because we back our work, we do our work right, and we don’t leave our customers hanging like your previous experience.

Edit: Owner has threatened to sue me. My comment clearly states you didnt work on my roof. Of course you wouldnt know me.

This is a fake review. It’s ashame you would give me a one star review because of a vehicle I drive. I do not drive this vehicle for any type of political statement. I drive this vehicle because I get free supercharging, which allows me to save money. The money I save is passed on to our customers. This is purely away to help lower our prices. I apologize that you do not like Elon or Trump or whoever it might be. I have five kids, and I do not get in a politics because I don’t want to offend anyone. I respect everyone’s opinion and I keep my head down and I work hard. It would really mean the world for me if you would remove this.
These guys do great work at a very competitive price. The owner even let me check out his Cybertruck. Highly recommended!

statewide Roofing did a awesome job on my roof. They upgraded me to a HD Z shingle which is like a medium green shingle. I had a three tab on there before they did a awesome job on the cleanup as they went along.
