Booked for my sons 13th birthday and I think its going to be an annual present. He absolutely LOVED every second of it. We didnt get the instructors name but he was absolutely brilliant with him. If we could give more than 5☆ we would.

Absolutely fantastic experience for my nervous daughter, who will be 17 soon! She gained so much confidence and learned a lot, from using traffic lights to practising reversing and different types of parking. Such a brilliant idea and an amazing gift for any teenager. I believe they start from age 9 too, which is great! Highly, highly recommend this experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What an absolutely fantastic experience! My 14 year old son recently had a driving lesson with Start Young Driver at Carmarthen Showground, driving a manual car through mock routes, traffic lights, and roundabouts. It gave him a realistic and safe environment for him to master the fundamental skills, like coordinating the pedals and getting a feel for the car's weight and size. It was brilliant for building confidence and developing road awareness early with experienced instructors. Giving kids this head start means when they turn 17, they can focus on complex road scenarios rather than basic operation and instilling safe driving habits from a younger age. Highly recommend the Start Young Driver experience to any parent.

Excellent experience and well organised
My teenage son loved this! The place was well organised, we were not standing around waiting for ages. Staff are really friendly and my Son really liked the instructor who made him feel at ease. The track was bigger than I expected, with traffic lights, junctions and parking spaces for the young drivers to navigate. We booked the 45 minute experience and it went really quickly. I would 100% recommend this and I will definitely book this again. The booking process was super easy and I was kept informed of my bookings and had reminders.

My daughter had her first ever driving experience today and what a positive experience it was.
Would highly recommend this for any young person wanting to give driving a go.
Lisa the instructor was knowledgeable, patient and helped give my daughter confidence for her first drive.

Took my 13 year old ASD son here today as an early birthday present. What an experience! My son was beaming. Given his asd I wanted to chose somewhere that would be understanding with his needs and patient. I definitely picked the right ones. Start Young Drivers Experience were absolutely fantastic, the course was amazing, definitely the best track I've seen in West wales, had so many different routes and giving a true experience of every day driving. My son loved it so much we've booked him back in for another day with Start Young Driver Experience. Thank you so much, my son said it was the best birthday present.
