I can't speak highly enough about Star Nursing and the remarkable people I've had the great pleasure of working with over the past several months--Eliza, Jacelle, Nicole, Rio, Rizza, and Patty. All of these wonderful humans are superb communicators--whether via text, email, or phone. They are a rare combination of expertise, patience, compassion, and impressive helpfulness. Over many months, I had multiple conversations with each of these women, and they were ALWAYS generous with their time and knowledge, immensely kind, and very supportive. Over many decades, I've had lots of opportunities to interact with lots of different agencies, organizations, bureaucracies, etc. I say this from my heart: Star Nursing is one of the best, if not THE BEST agency I've ever had the good fortune to work with. Period. I've spent many months helping a dear friend with dementia apply for, and find a placement in an Assisted Living Waiver (ALW) Residential Care Facility for the Elderly. This is a very complicated and challenging process. Jacelle, Eliza, and Nicole of Star Nursing have been incredible allies and guides as I've navigated the ALW application and placement process. I couldn't have done this without them!!! I can't recommend Star Nursing strongly enough. It's an incredible agency, with STELLAR (as in STAR-QUALITY!!) people like Nicole, Eliza and Jacelle who provide heartful service, combined with formidable skills. Topnotch!!
