Starlite Love A little bit Disney, a little bit Barbie. Starlite is beyond expectations set by the website pictures, and the vintage vibe is palpable. It can be whatever you want: non-stop fun, or tuck in for some peace & quiet by your own 'camp' fire. The surrounding mountain ranges provide a spectacularly beautiful backdrop. Kind, attentive and accommodating staff. Impressive artwork on the restored trailers. Magic all around 🌟

This place is a gem!! This was our 3rd stay at Starlite and it keeps getting better with more amenities. The kids had a blast roaming, playing ball, swimming, flying kites…etc. This was a perfect weekend with multi families. Will be back next year

We went to vintage camper heaven at Starlite! So unique and well taken care of! We checked in and immediately booked a second night in a different camper so we could soak in all the decor and retro vibes. We had a blast! I’ve been looking for excuses to return asap which is always a great sign. Thanks for a fabulous stay! We’ll be back!

I have stayed here twice this summer, the first time was in June 2026 in the Magic Lamp and the second time was in the Long, Long Trailer which is featured in a Lucille Ball film by the same name. The first time I went was for a girls' trip/my birthday weekend because my friend refused to sleep on the ground. She stayed in the Woodstock and really enjoyed getting a good night's sleep there. The second time was a double birthday celebration for my daughter and her best friend just last weekend (August 2026). Both times everyone who joined me had a fantastic time and said they'd come again. My daughter wants to check out the Charlie Brown trailer next time while I am thinking the Band Bus might be fun. I loved all of the space in the Long, Long Trailer; it fit 3 adults comfortably in my opinion. The new owner is always around to help, stop for a friendly chat and to make everyone's stay enjoyable and safe. The campers are adorable and well-maintained. The little patio areas are comfortable and add a great touch, making the stay extra special with string lights and a fire pit for roasting marshmellows. I added the birthday decor and s'mores packages as well as a 2-hour sauna session which made our celebrations that much more fun. A new addition since my first visit was the hot tub, which is also reservable. We had a great time taking fun photos around the old Route 66 set. Next time we'll join in on Saturday night karaoke. I highly recommend staying here the next time you want to get out of town and do something unique.

Planed a family trip. We were staying in Band Bus, and my daughter was bringing up a camper. The lights weren't working on the camper. We called and asked if they had anything available. They offered a couple of different options. We went up got my daughter a cottage and we had the best time ever. Rides on the firetruck, so cool. Karaoke in the evening. Spending time with my daughter and cousin's, priceless. This was mine and my girlfriends second time up. We brought family this time, and plan on making it a yearly thing. Thank you so much for all that you did for us. Can't wait to head back up.

I would give 10 stars if that was an option! We visited last month with my mom, sister and our children. It was the best camping trip we’ve had to date! The host, Dirk, was emphatic about making our trip something to remember and it was fabulous! The six kids ages range from 3-13 and there was something for everyone: soccer field, game room, rides on the vintage fire truck, karoke…you name it! The location has unbelievable 360 views and is just minutes away from the Royal Gorge. We absolutely loved our stay and will be back!!

Good Vibes, Good Times We loved our stay at the Starlite. It was a fun, friendly, retro inspired atmosphere. Beautiful views and within minutes to the Royal Gorge. So many fun photo ops here! The location was easy to find, right off of HWY 50. We rented a RV spot which had electricity, water and sewer hook ups. Our other family members rented a few of the vintage campers and they were totally cute, clean and had all the necessities needed for the stay. The owners were friendly and on the property ready to help in any way they could. The kids enjoyed the sand pit, outdoor games, and the pool of course! Love that the store serves coffee, pizza, and ice cream because really what more do you need?! We will definitely be making this a annual destination to come back to!

My family and I had the best time here. Stayed in the Surfer’s Paradise RV and it was adorable, clean, and had lots of fun features for the kids. The owners clearly work hard to keep everything well-maintained, and to provide tons of fun entertainment. Plus the views are beautiful. We’ll be back for sure :)

Most fun campground in the US If you love the 60's, this place is a must. So many vintage vehicles and trailers. A pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna. A gameroom (trailer) for the kids. The most beautiful and fun campground in the US. We booked the wrong site, but staff gave us a better site immediately. The owner drove his vintage fire truck around the campground with his guests on top. The owners and their staff have real pride in their work and make you feel so welcome

My husband and I came here for our anniversary and stayed in the I Dream of Genie camper for a 3 day weekend. Needless to say we had the best time here, the camper was beautiful, after our hike we took a dip in the pool, and at the end of the night we reserved a spot in their hot tub! We enjoyed their karaoke night, hayride, fire pit, and vintage vibes. The owners were super friendly and helpful, along with staff. Definitely coming back to check out another camper in the future!

We first stayed in the Diamonds are Forever in June, and at the end of July stayed in the Stunning Views apartment. We were beyond impressed. When I originally called several months ago to explain my very low-key wedding reception plans to Dirk he was immediately helpful offering suggestions and asking what the team could do to help. We made our first visit in June to make sure this was the best decision (after all, we'd just asked our friends and family to all book for July site unseen and wanted to be sure we weren't steering them wrong!) The June visit solidified the notion that the whole team is fantastic and we'd made the right call! A quick relaxing stay where we observed all sorts of people having a great time. Once we arrived for the wedding reception trip Dirk took all of my group's energy of "low-key but a party" and ran with it. He and the team were always available to answer questions, were more than accommodating...I don't think they know the word "no!" They upgraded my visions of the reception solely by being there. Dirk checked in on us throughout the night, and really, was the life of the party. I did not expect to ride a firetruck (with my dog in arms no less) as part of the party! Truly, I can't say enough great things about the fun campers, the spacious apartment with balcony, the caring and fun staff...I could go on forever! Many people in our group were talking about who they plan to bring for future visits. I know I'll certainly be a repeat customer.

The rooms are absolutely amazing!! I stayed in the Modern Apartment, and they were not kidding about the mid-century modern vibe. They even had retro appliances. The beds were comfortable and the service was incredible. Outside of the rooms, there are plenty of places to take photos and look around. 10/10, would stay again.
