I can't fault the service we received getting new windows and door for my mum. Olly was so patient and kind to her making sure everything was explained. Grant and Karl the fitters were fantastic, really friendly and did a brilliant job. Definitely recommend Starlite.

From the first visit to price the job, through to completion, every member of staff we spoke with or dealt with have been brilliant. That includes Olly, Richard, in the office, Karl and Luke fitting the windows. Willing to help and answer any question we had. If your considering new windows, these guys are worth a call.

I can not recommend Starlite enough. Had our windows put in and from beginning to end the whole team were very professional and did a meticulous job. The team were friendly and knowledgeable in all aspects. Couldn't do enough to keep us happy. We absolutely love our windows and door and the sills. Seamlessly professional from start to finish. Oliver was fantastic at coming to visit my property and give me an amazingly competitive price. His team executed the work brilliantly and I was able to trust them with my property whilst going away with work for a few days. They are super polite professional. Did a proper days work and finished within the timescales. Thoroughly recommend. A brilliant company with fantastic staff.

Following a good experience earlier this year by using Starlite to install our front windows, it was a simple choice to request Starlite to undertake the second phase of our project with further window installation due to the trust built up with both the sales and quality installation teams. Whilst we have yet to experience other services than the window installation, the trust and quality workmanship has given us a comfort factor when selecting a candidate for providing further home improvement services, and would not hesitate to contact Starlite when required. We can highly recommend as a result.

Starlite were professional at all times, from initial non-pushy salesperson, through to their surveyor, the office staff who were great at liaison to Karl the brilliant installer. Starlite gave us a fantastic service from start to finish. Olly was very helpful when he came to quote, on a Saturday evening. There was no hard sell, and he helped us explore what might be possible. He kept in touch regarding the installation date, window order etc., so we knew at each stage what was happening. Grant and Aaron are excellent workmen, and a pleasure to have around. I am so happy with my new windows, they have completely transformed my home. Every stage of the process was handled expertly. From first contacting Starlight, to the day of installation took just 4 weeks. Excellent customer service all the way through the process, double checking I was happy with my choices and making sure I understood everything. The installation team were brilliant, really lovely chaps who respected my home, and did everything they could not to freak my cat out or disturb me, when I had to take work calls. I live in an old house so nothing is level but they consulted me all the way through and came up with solutions room by room to make everything perfect, with a great finish. Cannot fault this company, 5 stars all the way! Thank you Starlite Home Improvements.
