We booked a move in deep professional cleaning services, we made appointment via email weeks ago.
On the day of the service , they showed up 8 hours late (last minute change on the day). I have email saying they will show up at 9 am. On the day, they said they are running late, next thing I was told they will come at 1 pm, next I was told 3 pm, next I was told 4 pm. Two people finally showed at 5 pm. They kept me waiting in the house from 9 am to 5 pm.
Next day I find out, bunch of stuff was not cleaned and was left dirty. Including dust on lights and draws. Grease under the oven.
I would not have them come back to my house again, only to keep me waiting for another 8 hours and rushing the job.
Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

On the day of service, we notified you in the morning that the arrival time would be adjusted. Based on our communication, there were no objections, and the key requirement was that the cleaning be completed on the same day. As agreed, the cleaning was fully completed and the property was finished in full.
From our side, we did everything possible to bring the service to the expected result. In accordance with our company policy, we are always ready to return within 24 hours after the service to correct any concerns at no additional cost. In this case, over the course of two days, we offered to come back and address all the items you were concerned about.
Unfortunately, we did not receive confirmation for a return visit to make these corrections, and the proposed solutions were therefore not carried out. At the same time, the only resolution considered from your side was a change to the service price after the work had already been completed. Our company operates with a fixed pricing structure that is agreed upon in advance and is not revised after the service is completed. We also provided a discount on our services.
Despite the service being completed in full, payment for the provided service has not been received.
We remain open to dialogue and cooperation and are willing to address and correct anything that may not meet expectations. Our goal is always to resolve matters professionally and complete the service to a proper standard.
