I asked for my order to be delivered by a certain date and I got a lovely response from Emma saying my order was being sent by Royal Mail 24 tracked. I was kept updated about my order and I received it in plenty of time. I am really happy with the quality of the product and would definitely use this company again and recommend it to others. My items also came in a cute Xmas paper bag which was a lovely touch.
