Staitlifts Warehouse provided an easy process in buying my late dad's stairlift. The engineer Declan who called to let me know about twenty minutes before arriving was friendly, efficient and professional. Staitlifts Warehouse transferred the money agreed upon before Declan removed the stairlift which was very quickly without any problems and they did offer the best quote out of seven companies I tried, thank you.

I got several quotes and Stairlifts Warehouse offered the best price and payment was received before removal. The guy that removed the stairlift was friendly, did the job very quickly and you'd hardly know there had been a stairlift there after he'd completed the job. All round excellent service.

The whole experience was straightforward, I would definitely recommend this company.
From phoning and talking to Mike, sending photos, we got a response the same day. A date was arranged for removal, then brought forward 3 days because another engineer lived near us.
The engineer (John)was polite, quick, and tidy. John called the finance department and the agreed sum was transferred before John left.

This company came and took out my stairlift quickly and efficiently from my old home - I needed to have it taken away as I’d moved to a bungalow and no longer required one.
