Wow what an absolutely amazing experience hiring from these guys the xl truck was the perfect size to move our entire house. It was also very clean and well maintained and the staff are super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend using these guys for your next move.

Linda's customer service is something that can be competitive with global market. She genuinely cares about delivering smooth moving experience. I could say she made my day. With her and handy rentals service, I feel like it's 5 stars.
Saved heaps of effort and travels.
Above all, no dramas.
Their website is quite straightforward and have no hiding costs before or after you pay.
I'm someone who reads low score feedbacks first. I also got a call for changing it to more expensive option. However, after hearing the reason, it wasn't like that. Furthermore, I went for more cheaper option than what I originally chose for.
It is safe to contact staffs and share your doubts. if they can manage, they will work out it for you.
To business: I think you should strengthen per day cost tactic wisely so that it is competitive with other competitors who have offers per hour costs.

Good customer service and good vehicles. However, my move was delayed due to the truck not being clean. The rear of the truck had broken glass scattered through it from a previous hirer that i found upon arriving home. Not ideal for moving beds and furniture..
