Not trustworthy!
We initially had a decent experience with Daniel and Elijah. During the consultation and quoting process, both appeared professional, responsive, and promised high-quality results. They were quick to secure the contract and collect the upfront payment.
Our contract explicitly stated we would receive epoxy garage flooring. Instead, they used a different, unsealed material that began completely peeling within a week just from coming into contact with water. They stated that they would come months later once the weather warms up to fix the issue. Daniel then demanded an additional $800 to apply the epoxy we had already paid for and another $500 for levelling. After changing the timeline at the last minute—leaving our belongings stranded on our porch—Daniel showed up alone without a team. His rushed attempt to fix the levelling on his own failed completely and so did his promise of having it done in 2 days as he then made further attempts to delay the work. This clearly showed us that we were not a priority for him and that this job will once again be botched.
We were beyond frustrated and decided to do the work ourselves. Now that we have requested a partial refund to pay for additional 2k we just spent on materials to fix the botched job, they have gone completely silent and refuse to answer our messages. They take your cash, deliver defective work, and completely abandon the project. Do not trust this company, and never pay them fully upfront. We will be taking them to court over it.

Working with Elijah and Daniel was smooth, and a pleasure.
We enjoyed our shopping day with Elijah picking finishes and appreciated his expertise on decisions we were stuck on. He “understood the assignment” when we shared our modern, minimalist inspiration.
Daniel is really accurate in estimates to executing the reality of the whole project.
Both are responsive, knowledgable and kind people.
From interviewing other companies we appreciated how with Gracia the design proposal wasnt just aesthetic but made the most sense for function (like drain locations/ pipe slope/sizing of things, etc).
They provided multiple smart options for designs and also showed best ways to spend on important vs less important items, never pushing on superfluous things.
The demo and building crew were a really nice team and took good care of our spaces. They worked so hard and were so fast! Their work was beautiful (Thank you again!)
Our washroom looks like we stepped into a magazine. Our basement is so much more functional. We cant wait until we can do another project with them.

We’ve had other contractors in the house before and the difference with Gracia Makeovers was noticeable right away. They actually listened to what we wanted instead of just pushing what was easiest for them. Our new kitchen in Burlington is everything we asked for.

Gracia Makeovers did a diligent, clean, and highly professional job renovating my basement. From start to finish, the whole process felt smooth and well managed, and Daniel, Elijah, and the rest of the team genuinely left me satisfied.
It started with the quote: they were responsive, thorough, and showed up on time. Their pricing is premium, but they were also willing to negotiate in good faith, which I appreciated.
The renovation itself took under three weeks. The crew showed up on time every day, worked efficiently, and wrapped up on time, no surprises, no mess left behind. The final outcome was excellent, honestly better than we expected.
What really stood out was the extra care after the job was done. They helped install my TV mount, and even came back a week later to help with a TV shelf. That level of follow-through is rare. I’d confidently recommend Gracia Makeovers to family and friends.

It's been nearly six months since the renovation of our kitchen and only bathroom, and we still absolutely love it. I find myself smiling during every meal preparation, cleanup, and grocery storage. Daniel, Elijah, and their team are fantastic—experienced, knowledgeable, and they deliver top-quality work. Elijah communicates well and is very kind, keeping us informed about the scheduled tasks. We lived in the house with three pets throughout the renovation. Elijah genuinely wanted us to be happy and did his best to minimize our stress, often smiling and reassuring us with "Don't worry." The entire renovation took almost four weeks, just a day or two longer than estimated. Having built a custom home before, I understand delays and cost overruns. Gracia Makeovers didn't begin the project until everything was available and ready. The only delays after starting were minor and unpredictable, such as a delivery truck breaking down.
The kitchen and bathroom renovation exceeded our expectations and is worth every penny. Thank you Gracia Makeovers!

We recently worked with Gracia Makeovers for a full remodel of 3.5 bathrooms, and we couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. They managed to complete everything in just two weeks, which is amazing given the scope of the project.
Every worker on the team was hard working, professional and respectful. A special shout-out goes to Elijah, who was incredibly patient, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain options, answer any questions, and even helped steer our design choices in directions that made the final result look even better than we imagined.
When our third shower unexpectedly started leaking, the team immediately stepped up, worked extra hard and made sure one bathroom was completed quickly so our family would have a working space.
