Sent an inquiring on line about replacing the kitchen tap within 24hrs the team reached out with a quote. Which was well priced and reasonable for the work. They were able to work around my limited avalibity due to my working hours which was great relief.
I end up cancelling the work as the tap was repaired (surprised visit by family member) the team were very understanding.
In the pass I have felt like an idiot trying to explain the issue to others and trades, but not with Tom & his team, understand professional team.

Put in an online request, got a phone call next day. Sorted out a super simple fix over the phone so I had use of our toilets for the long weekend. Will call back for any more issues. Thanks guys
Very honest plumber we contacted him regarding a leak in our watermain. He was upfront and honest and said this was a Southeast water problem and that sputh east would fix free of charge. Another plumber we asked tried to charge us $1300 ...
We have called upon Stuart’s skills a number of times. We cannot fault his service and ability to find a solution for us. Stuart is prompt in returning phone calls, arrives at the expected time and is fast and efficient with his services. Hot water system was not working properly, S&S Plumbing & Gasfitting came the next day and sorted it all out , fixed the problem with out having to buy another new system, hot water hasn't been this hot since we have had the place .

Not one to usually leave a review, but I know the feeling of needing urgent plumbing work, and having terrible customer service experiences, and on top of that, being taken advantage of financially because you need an urgent job done.
I called Stuart from S&S plumbing expecting the same experience and I have to give it to him and the team. Very efficient, clear communication and kept me informed through the entire process, from the beginning of identifying the issue with my plumbing and what the team will do to resolve it and made sure it’s within my budget before proceeding.
I am truly impressed. With the amount if ‘cowboys’ getting around ruining the reputation of the plumbing trade, this was very refreshing to witness.
I will not hesitate to refer S&S plumbing to friends and family.

Highly recommend S&S Plumbing & Gasfitting. I called Stu about a problem with my hot water and after sending a photo and answering some questions he worked out what the problem was. His communication and knowledge was excellent organising a new temp valve to be installed the next morning at a reasonable price. It was great to find a plumbing service so professional and reliable. I will definitely call again with any plumbing needs.
So my gas water heater blew up on Monday and a quick phone call to Stewart and I had a brand new gas water heater delivered and installed within a few hours. Elite service by Stewart and his crew! Couldn't be happier with the service and price. Will definitely hit S&S up next time for any gas plumbing needs.

Thanks Stuart for being very helpful. Excellent service. The plumber attended on time, quickly identified and fixed the leakage issue with our evaporative cooling system, and the leak was completely stopped. Professional, efficient and reliable. Highly recommended.
