Fast, thorough service, with excellent communication. They were able to remove all of the dog hair from my car, which must have been difficult because I own a husky mix. The scent card and words of positive affirmation tucked into the steering wheel were a nice touch. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

Originally I left a good review, Connor is still a great guy and his customer service is always on point! However the amount I paid for the service was no where near what was completed. Again though Connor was nice and offered to come back and fix it, but the service was so far in left field, I was no longer interested in the services from this company. Also I would like to note per this companies terms and conditions pointed out by my bank who also wont give me a refund. “Refusing a redo appointment for the unsatisfactory portion of your service limits any refunds to 20% of the value of your service.” I was offered nothing financially, even though i sent proof within 24 hours and refused a redo. So now im out of a service and $350. buyers beware!!

We appreciate your feedback and I am very sorry that some spots were missed -- especially working in the low lighting conditions in your garage. That Is on us and we should have changed that setting to begin with. We did offer to come back out and correct everything that same day, and then also offered 20% refund and then also offered a completely free complimentary detail once those offers were declined, but I understand your decision. We will always try our best to make things right and we take feedback very seriously and will use this to improve moving forward.
