Gas Dryer inspection for suspected gas leak.
Technician was able to confirm this in a matter of minutes. Technician showed us the connection was old-not to code now- and was leaking at both ends of the connection.
Gas hose connection replaced. Courteous, fast service, professional in all that was done.

Excellent experience! I needed a dishwasher serviced, and they responded with an hour or so of contacting them, and booked a slot for the next day. Showed up today, exactly as promised, and took care of everything in thirty minutes. The technician was extremely kind, helpful, and walked me through everything I needed to know. Excellent rates, excellent service, easy payment options, and just all around fantastic. When experiences are this positive, they deserve to be shared. How SRT does business is how everyone should do business.
Had SRT ApplianceFix come out to take care of my JenAir gas stove. They were very professional.
From their very first visit, they could understand the problem but wanted to be 100% sure a few days later they called me to confirm the issue once the parts were ordered. They came back after a few days and fix everything we were having an issue with resetting it, and they came back and took care of it for us at no charge. I would highly recommend this company.

(Brights Grove) The technician was very professional and courteous. He examined the situation, asked pertinent questions. He suggested next step while steel brushing/cleaning the element on gas stove at NO CHARGE!!! Maybe the element needed his touch as it is working as it should now!!! Thank you!!!
I contacted this company after reading reviews. Had an issue with my GE fridge not cooling in upper chamber. Quickly had an appointment booked. Was called by technician who advised that he could arrive early, should that work for me. It did. He arrived early and immediately put on booties when entering my home. This was appreciated. He quickly assessed the issue, determining that the fan bringing cooled air upward was needing to be replaced. He disconnected the part and demonstrated what the problem was. The replacement part was ordered and an appointment was made. The technician again called in advance, advising that he could come earlier. This again was welcome. He quickly installed the replacement and the fridge is back to normal.
Throughout my dealing with the technician, he was very polite and respectful, in addition to being punctual.
Highly recommended.

Received a same day appointment in Sarnia. Washer gears had broken. Quoted me a reasonable price but would charge only if further inspection of drive shaft proved repair was worth it. Polite, professional and repair completed. Would definitely call again.
