Absolutely fantastic service and what a guy Niall is. Sr plumbing sourced a part and fixed my shower in 48 hours after I waited 8 weeks for a so called big company to fix. Was kept informed every step of the way and Niall did t leave until I was happy with the job
Unjustifiable pricing for simple work
I was charged £204 to retrieve a firestick remote from behind a radiator. While Sam, the engineer, was polite, the costs were not fully explained upfront. The £40 call-out fee seemed reasonable, but the additional £130 repair cost, plus £34 VAT, was only disclosed after the job—despite the task taking less than 30 minutes. This pricing feels incredibly excessive for such a simple task. I find the charges unfair and won't be using this service again.

We can see on record you accepted a written quote before the work began and accepted it digitally before the work started. We did disclose all fees upfront before the job started.

Avoid
I was very disappointed as I was charged over £450 for a hours work. I did not get told that on the phone that it was a emergency call out service. Feel like I have been scammed.
