Vlad worked his magic on my 1969 home’s squeaky stairs and floorboards. He was professional, polite, and impressively quick! I’d had multiple contractors look at the stair before, and no one knew how to fix it—but Vlad figured it out right away. He repaired the stair plus five creaky floorboard spots in just a couple of hours. As others have said, he really knows what he’s doing. Highly recommend!

Vlad is a wizard! He's been to our house twice - once earlier this year to fix some seriously noisy floor spots and our stairs, and then again yesterday to attack some new spots that popped up as the weather got colder. His technique leaves virtually no evidence of any work done at all - and now we're stepping around in silence. It's awesome. His fees are perfectly reasonable and based on the square footage that he tapes off for any particular zone that needs attention. He's friendly, professional, fast, and attentive. I'd give him 6 stars, if I could. Thanks Vlad!

We have a really old staircase in our 1890s Victorian home that was beyond squeaky. We called Vlad and expected it to be less noisy but definitely didn't expect that he would make it squeak free! Vlad was wonderful, quick and obviously, a real magician :) thank you Vlad!

We had a tricky beam-to-joist floor creak in our main hallway that was really bugging us. Vlad follows his process to diagnose the issue, starting with the least invasive tactics. The issue persisted during the first visit and he was diligent in responding, being accountable, and came back within days to take the next step. While we had to resort to slightly more invasive nails to solve the creak, he ultimately got rid of the noise and restored the floor to near original form. Vlad truly cares for his craft and is dedicated in what he does; he is also very pleasant to deal with and an honest man doing honest work. Would recommend for anyone dealing with pesky floor squeaks.
