Internet service was down for 5 days. Initial response was outage in area. After the outage still no internet. Numerous calls were made to Telsim for assistance. During this frustrating process, the agents were quick to respond, polite and tried to restore service, however, the problem was finally referred to the NBN team, and an appointment was quickly scheduled and the issue was finally resolved with a new NBN box and need to purchase a new router.
The customer service was excellent, and especially one agent, Phil, who called back as requested several times.
Impressive service and follow up, thank you.
