As far as delivery I hot a delivery here in a 53” trailer, overall a good experience with nice people and receiving didn't even take 1 hr to unload a full trailer. No overnight parking, no restrooms, and no vending machine. The lot is a combination of black top and gravel. I went straight in but next time I would back in and then jackknife at the corner of the building just because it is a little tight to maneuver once you are inside.

We are not a shipping service and did hire your company to deliver. For overnight arrivals, there is a Walmart down the street that allows overnight parking for delivery drivers. You are always welcome to use our restrooms during business hours.

I paid $380 for a flush pot for a fusion gun....the add says a complete flush system....I got a flush pot and a hose....no block for a fusion gun....I call and complain and days later I get the block in the mail with out a way to attach it to the fusion gun...now they say a block is not included with the kit ..but it's in the picture of the add. Totally a waist of my time...the girl on the phone has a attitude..... Heck give me what I paid for

I sincerely apologize for the confusion. This kit does not come with the block even though it is in the photo. That is for display only. To hopefully reconcile the issue, we did send you the block free of charge, a $120 value. A representative will call you tomorrow to coordinate a bolt. I would add my completely happy, expectations exceeded, astonished and amazed review to the others here. My experience with Sprayworks has been nothing short of exemplary. Seldom do I have the pleasure of associating with a company that seems to have figured it out. Excellent products at a really good price, not to mention the knowledgeable and friendly staff. Each time I have had cause to interact with anyone at Sprayworks, it has left me feeling even better about becoming one of their customers. I would be considered a small operator, but you certainly wouldn't know that from observing any of their encounters with me. They, seemingly without effort, have made me feel like one of their most important customers and a longtime friend to boot. If you are considering Sprayworks for equipment, supplies, or some of their world-class training, do yourself a favor and make that call.

I purchased a new rig from spray works and was lied about the time frame from the beginning of the process. Months later when I did receive trailer on the first job we went to spray and all the connections on the A side leak and made a mess in trailer I contacted spray works and explained to them and they told me it’s my responsibility to check those connections. I don’t think so and then during transportation all the wires to trailer brakes got cut instead of them paying to fix or anything they tell me to just fix myself. Very unsatisfied if I can advise everyone when in the market DO NOT BUY FRIM THIS GROUP you want quality and good customer service head over to cj spray or IDI and purchase your new rig from one of those guys.

We truly apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. Although your rig was delivered a couple weeks after the anticipated time range, our goal is to always deliver within the expected timeline. Our supplier does rigorous testing on proportioners before they go out and unfortunately multiple machines experienced this technical issue. As soon as we were aware of it, we contacted the customers affected. We set a high standard for ourselves and are truly sorry to hear that standard was not met in your interaction with our business. Your happiness is our number one priority.

Horrible customer service. paid for hose reel and cart for our roof rig, waited 3 months to get it. then did not have hardware. contacted them again and finally received hardware. put everything together and boom it worked, once! trouble shot setup and discovered battery was bad. figured ok no big deal, went and purchased another. well 3 batteries later they work once and then never again. so trouble shoot setup and notice reel has a dead short in it. now here is the fun stuff. they want me to pay another 350.00 to get it replaced when it is not even 3 months old. call the office and talk deb, wow is all I can say. the worst person to have on the frontline with problems. then get put over to Jeremy, that was a waste of time. so now they want me to make a 3 hour drive to them, they absolutely refuse to come to us. at the end of the day I will NEVER EVER do business with such a lousy company. buyer beware. they are crooks and do not stand behind what the sell!!!!

This purchase was not made with SprayWorks, but with our other company Trail Sprayer & Service. That being said, we always strive for a positive customer experience. Trail Sprayer stands by its word, we are happy to send your Hose Reel to Hannay Reels (the manufacturer) for a warranty claim. However, we just ask you put down a deposit for the replacement in the event the Hose Reel is not covered by the warranty. Unfortunately, with supply shortages, there is a delay in product delivery. We do our best to keep a large inventory in stock for this reason. Sorry for your bad experience. We are happy to coordinate a warranty claim for your Hose Reel.
