This is a great place to do laundry. They have a lot of machines different sizes. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Rhonda is the best! Friendly helpful and a hard worker!

Nicole is amazing she is very sweet and so helpful it's been awhile since I had been to a laundromat and everything has changed so much she was so kind when I asked her for help with the card system and didnt wait for me to ask her for more help she offered to help me before i could ask her to even though she was busy training she made this experience so much better than it could have been I will be coming back here from now on thank you nicole for everything you were so helpful

Its ok Dryers need to be fixed more often, I've been coming here for about 2 years now and no matter what i do if i fill the dryer to the line or not i get some clothes wet / not completely dry on 60 percent of the time, and there has been like 3 or 4 occasions when i pick a washing machine and there seems to not be enough water in them like they should when they are on the washing cycle, clothes don't get really clean all the way how it should, this unfortunately has happened to me before but today i had a bad experience both the washer and the dryer didnt leave my clothes clean or dry, if you ask the attendant they CAN NOT help you much, it looks like the owners need to be more on top of this issues that is why im writing this review !

The way the machines work is not intuitive. You have to buy a "credit card" at one of the kiosks. After trying multiple machines and multiple credit cards, I was finally told by a local who how it works. Also when you go to to pay, you have to leave your new "credit card" on the reader and press start before removing it. If there's signage with instructions, I didn't see it. As a visitor from out of town this isn't ideal, and greatly appreciate the kindness of your patrons for helping a brother out. The laundromat and machines were clean compared to others I've been used while traveling so if it wasn't for the lack of instructions for paying I'd probably give it a 5-star review.
Edit: Shortly after I posted this I spoke to a young lady that came into work. I shared my experience and she was so kind and receptive. She also went to right to work cleaning the machines and apologized for it being so messy. 🙂

Just a laundry mat. Nice and simple. Never had a problem at all. Everything from single loads to at least triple load units. They also have drop off service.

I was completely fooled for the delivery and pick up option we were told that it was only $1.69 a pound so my husband and I decided to try it for the first time just for our bill to be over $53 after my husband got it down and our card to be charged more than that amount on the receipt. Very very shady. We used to use this laundromat every single week and we won't be going back.
