We held a family Thanksgiving party at our house this past Sunday and rented the Floor Is Lava. It was a HUGE hit with 9 children under 10 years old that attended!! The experience with the delivery and set up was great, as well as the pickup process later that evening. This was our second time to use Splash Bounce and we will use them again, for sure!
Unfortunately we did not have a great experience. This was our first time using splash bounce. I booked our event Oct 8, two 24ft tall double slides and a generator for our neighborhood event on halloween. I chose a 1pm drop off time. It gets to be 1:10pm yesterday and I had not heard from anyone from the company not the day before either. I call and he tells me the inflatables should be there in 45 minutes at 2:00pm. He shows up at 2:40pm and the inflatables are set up by 3:40. They forgot the generator as well. They did say they would refund me for the generator. For the amount of time the kids were able too play on the inflatables and the high prices it was extremely disappointing. The kids are used to playing right after school and usually the next day so they were disappointed as well. I've never had an inflatable company be late and I've used several over the years. Unfortunately I will not use this company again because I can not expect them to show up on time and bring everything and we host the halloween party every year but my usual inflatable company sold their business. I'm glad others had a great experience but sadly we did not.
They were great!! Showed up on time and were very friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend!
