After a pretty gnarly accident, we were advised to go to Spinner Law Firm. I wasn’t totally sure that we even needed an attorney, but the fire department, hospital, lab, imaging, therapists, and specialists bills started to add up fast. The auto insurance was a full nightmare to deal with. Insurance agents will absolutely run you in circles, without shame. It took no time at all to realize how overwhelmed I would have been without someone stepping in. Although I did speak with Mr. Spinner, most of my direct dealing were with Senior Pre-Litigation Legal Assistant, Kelley. Beyond being professional, knowledgeable, and getting things done, she’s an absolute sweetheart. She cares about the job. She cares about you. She’s wonderful. When you’re injured and dealing with physical recovery, it’s a blessing to have someone competent and responsive letting you know they are dealing with it all. Hopefully, I’ll never need to go through this again, but if I do, I will definitely be calling this firm.
