The cost was among the lowest, and they could come out the next day 11/25, even though it was the week of Thanksgiving. Michael arrived on time and replaced the water heater without any issues. He was courteous and professional. The final cost matched the original quote. Solid company!

Michael and Hector were timely and professional with my water heater issues. Michael quickly identified that my water heater was in good working condition before doing any service to it and that the root cause was actually a cross in the hot and cold inlets in the house. The honesty and professionalism Michael showed was refreshing as he could have done full work on my unit and the issue still persisted. So it finally happened we didn't have hot water. I called around everywhere and Speedy Water Heaters was not only professional walked me through everything gave me all the options and responded so quickly to all my concerns the following day, not even 24 hours after I first contacted them. At first I had another tech come out with a not free estimate but I was fine with it because I sent out requests late at night and they were the first to respond and say they could come out in the am. Unfortunately it was a disaster, the guy was on his phone a lot and called someone and here for HOURS and then did something to cause water to explode everywhere. Eventually I told him he had to go and I immediately contacted Speedy Water Heaters. When Michael came out, the difference in knowledge was obvious. With first look, he told me my tankless water heater setup was "illegal" and that he wouldn't be able to service it, also explained why it wouldn't be allowed in the space. It made sense as I recalled some things from the installation but also because I always thought it was oddly loud. Anyway, Michael got the traditional water heater installed quickly and didn't leave a mess. I wasn't sure what that cost was supposed to be but it was way less than what the first guy quoted fix and quoted to install a new tankless water heater. I casually checked on Home Depot and saw the price was the same, which surprised me. This company is truly honest and not trying to take advantage of people in urgent situations when they could.

I called Speedy Water Heaters for advice after I discovered that my water heater contained a lot of rust particles, even after I drained the water heater several times. Their recommendation was that since I had a water softener, I should replace the existing water heater with a tankless water heater. Michael came to my house, gave me a written estimate and showed me how I could claim both a rebate from The Gas Company and a Federal tax credit after installation. Michael installed the tankless water heater in a very short time and did a neat, professional job. It's been nearly 6 months and I'm very happy with the tankless water heater and the work that Michael did. I highly recommend Speedy Water Heaters and their technician, Michael for your water heater needs.

I'm so happy I contacted Speedy Water Heaters. My water heater was 16 years old and started leaking and I had no hot water. The service technician Hector called me and set an appointment within 1 1/2 hours after I talked to him. There was no extra charge for service on a Sunday and was completed in 2 hours. Hector has great customer service skills, he's friendly and efficient and did a really great job. My plumber quoted almost $1,600.00 more for the same product. The water heater looks great and its a Bradford so much better than my previous water heater.

Amazing company. I got a response right away for an estimate to replace a water heater gas valve , communication was great with Hector through text . Within an hour, Hector sent Michael to perform a free onsite inspection. Fortunately, Michael was able to restart our water heater and did not need a gas valve replacement.
