Back again with another review for Speedy. This is my third time using them. Twice for summer ac check and once to keep me from being ripped off by another company.
Andrew was courteous and prompt. He kept me updated on his arrival timeline. He didn't try to oversell. He told me my system was clean and operating to spec. He showed me where to look for wear and tear and how to tell if it was having issues. I appreciated his time and advice. I will definitely keep using them for each seasonal check.
Derek is a man about his business. A professional with excellent customer service. He notified me ahead to let me know he was on the way. He greeted me upon arrival and let me know what he was going to do. Then made sure he had the layout of everything he would need to access. He was clean, thorough and quiet. He was in and out in less than 15/20. Took time to explain what he each part of inspection found and explained the health of my system. I feel confident my system is in good operating condition. I went through my home warranty but he made sure to send me an invoice for future reference. I appreciated his timeliness and not trying to upsell me.

I had a great experience with Speed Heating and Air. This was during a check up of our A/C unit. Was timely and the tech was curtiuous as well.
