Called Josh the day before the 4th of July to see if he was open and not only did he answer me with a yes he said how can I help? I have an electric bike with a flat rear tire and I had no way of knowing how to change the tube. He had it done in about 4 hours and I was picking it up. Great service and just a real good guy. I will be taking my bike back to him if I need more work done. Very reasonable prices as well. If you need something taken care of please help support this small business you won’t be disappointed.
Contacted Josh to have my Son’s BMX bike assembled. Not only did he respond with in minutes but he gave me a great price. Once the bike arrived, I dropped it off his shop and a few days later it was ready, just in time to gift it to my son. It was assembled with great care and expertise, you can tell. I contacted several bike shops in McHenry County before finding Josh and out is 4 shops only one other called back days after Josh had done the job. Thanks again Josh.

I called and left a message and Josh called me back the same day for me to drop my bike off on Sunday. I had a text early Wednesday morning that it was already done! Perfect! My bike was like a dream on my long ride yesterday! I will be back to him for any of my bike needs. The prices were also super super reasonable.

Had a flat tire and my bike was due for a tune up, Josh was quick to respond and get me in! Had the bike tuned up and ready for pick up in less than 24 hours. Also seemed to have the best prices in town. Overall was a great experience and will use him for all of our bikes needs going forward!

My daughter' a her friend were riding bikes and her friend's brakes gave out, crashing into my daughter's new bike. Twisting the derailleur. Josh was able to get everything straightened out and tuned up.
Went so well, we took him our other bike. Replaced the broken shifter, adjusted the brakes, and tuned up everything on this one as well. Ready for my son to commute to work and college.
Tried to go there to have my daughter’s bike worked on, the overhead door was wide open, we rang the bell and nobody was around to help. I saw on the website that they were open, so I didn’t think I had to call ahead of time to verify someone was there.
