My spouse and I recently completed our medical tests and biometrics for our UAE residence permits and Emirates IDs, and I cannot thank Mr. Hamid at SPC FZ enough for his outstanding assistance. Navigating these procedures can often feel stressful and time-consuming, but Mr. Hamid made the entire experience seamless and efficient. He was incredibly professional and patient, guiding us through every step to ensure we finished quickly and without confusion. Horrible reception. So mean don’t know how to talk to clients. I beed viewing my Visa from October and making visa for my dauter. I did pay on june and till now my dauter have no visa and we paying overstay daily.

This is the most outrageous service! Since I had my business registered with them, I had issues and no service. Getting information takes ages and requires several requests, they only help when you put a bad google review and ask you afterwards to delete the review or even to write a good one! This is fraud! My latest issue: when I canceled my license, I contracted tax-de-registration for 3000 AED (doing it myself took me less than a minute and didn't cost me anything). They did not respond for one month and I had to ask for support several times. When they finally answered, they seriously wanted my username and password for the government platform!! Never ever will I recommend this Free Zone, and no, this time I will not take my review down!

SPC expedited my VISA renewal due to close expiry date, which I really appreciate. Would like to see them providing free incubation program for startups to help them grow, connect with fellow companies in the freezone and inter-freezones. This will really help launch startups big way. The rules of channel partner only engagement needs some flexibility (expiry date) as customers are only routed through channel partners. So direct comm with SPC is not possible. Adding extra company activities on renewal is not allowed but the new company setup provides more activites. New rules give 5 while I am stuck with 3. Rest is all good

I contacted them to inquire about some points, but they did not contact me for 5 days, although I contacted them 4 times and every time they told me that the sales team will contact me. I now went to the reviews here! And I was shocked by the amount of fake comments and reviews (see the attached picture, 3 comments in the last 24 hours with the same style and each account has only one review!!) After delving into the comments here and filtering the comments according to the lowest stars, I discovered that the customer service was not only bad with me! But with everyone, even with the people who paid!! I do not recommend dealing with them at all if this is the case, thank God that I did not start the procedures and payment with them and discovered the reviews before paying.

Waste of the money, spent hours with customer service and no one was able to solve the problem, requested to talk with manager, no one bothered to answer or call back. Even though fees on ads are low, there are many hidden fees, which customer service will never tell you until it’s too late to stop. Every interaction is very painful, the customer service is not able to understand english and not able to solve problem, dead end.

Extremely disappointing experience with SPC and especially with my assigned account manager, Samuddhika Jayasekara. I have been waiting over three weeks for a very simple request (employee ID), and instead of receiving support, I’ve had constant delays, vague answers, and absolutely no sense of urgency. This has directly affected my employee, who cannot open her bank account or complete basic legal procedures because SPC still hasn’t provided the required document. Every time I contacted support, I was transferred between different people, none of whom seemed to know the status of my case. Samuddhika Jayasekara in particular has been unresponsive, slow, and has not provided any clear updates or solutions. For a free zone that advertises “fast setup” and “professional support,” this experience has been the opposite. I’ve wasted time, money, and almost a month waiting for something that should take a few days. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this service based on my experience.
