I’m going through a very stressful time due to the very poor service from the staff who supposed to handle my business license and the tax.
Very poor communication, very slow responses , everytime someone tells me something else,
They take long weeks and months to do something should take a day or two max.
I have to make so many calls and emails to push for the process I need but still nothing changes.
Even when I complained to their supervisors to solve issues or try to expedite their slow poor service but nothing changes , and I’m still waiting …. Horrible customer service
I donot recommend SPC for anything
They charge 866 for one and half day over stay which is only 100 aed and for the visa that was applied 3 days before the expiry date but they charge more than Triple unfortunately it isnot first time when they did this which I passed with patience previously.
All of their services overcharged with out clear explanations!

Following my original review, Yosra reached out personally to address our concerns. She provided clear updates, explained the reasons behind certain delays, and helped us move forward. She contacted me yesterday, and today we finally received our long-awaited Emirates ID.
While I’m disappointed that it took a public review for these issues to be properly addressed, I genuinely appreciate Yosra’s professionalism and assistance in resolving the situation.
ORIGINAL REVIEW (SUMMARY):
The company formation process was straightforward, but everything afterward was disappointing.
We were initially quoted approximately AED 8,000 for our visa, only to receive a quote nearly AED 5,000 higher from our concierge, including VIP services we never requested.
The visa process was equally frustrating. What was promised to take 5–7 business days turned into weeks of delays, poor communication, and constant follow-ups. A photograph submitted on October 8 wasn’t flagged as unsuitable until October 22.
While delays can happen, the lack of transparency, organization, and proactive communication made the entire experience unnecessarily stressful.

After I escalated on the delay and un-expected correction for the E-Visa, SPC team has taken up my case and has helped in completing the whole process on time. I got my digital EID with-in 6 business days including the visa correction. Thanks to Kevin who taken up the case and was there to help with any information I needed during the process.

بحسب تجربتي، كان التعامل مع فريق الامتثال سبب استيائي؛ فتأخر الردود، وتكرار الملاحظات، وعدم وضوح المتطلبات أعطاني انطباعًا بعدم الإلمام الكافي بتفاصيل الطلب وعدم منحه الاهتمام المطلوب، وساهم في تأخير التجديد.
أرجو من الإدارة مراجعة المراسلات وطريقة معالجة الطلب، وتحديد أسباب التأخير واتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة لضمان عدم تكرار هذه التجربة. عدّلت تقييمي إلى 3 نجوم تقديرًا لحل المشكلة وجهود فاطمة، مع بقاء ملاحظاتي على تجربة التجديد.
The license has now been issued following Fatima’s intervention. I sincerely appreciate her attention and follow-up through to completion. Without her involvement, I do not believe the matter would have been resolved as promptly.
Based on my experience, the handling by the Compliance Team was the main source of my frustration. Delayed responses, repeated queries, and unclear requirements gave me the impression that the application details had not been sufficiently reviewed or given adequate attention, contributing to the renewal delay.
I ask management to review the correspondence and handling of the application, identify the reasons for the delay, and take appropriate corrective action to prevent a recurrence. I have updated my rating to 3 stars in recognition of the resolution and Fatima’s efforts, while maintaining my concerns about the renewal experience.
