Extremely disappointed with the customer service at SPC. They took the payment and stopped responding afterward. Every step has been unnecessarily complicated, and there is no proper communication or support. I am genuinely surprised that employees with such poor service standards are representing this place. I would never recommend SPC please be aware before dealing with them

To the Management,
I recently visited your offices and left with a headache due to the chaotic atmosphere. This is not the first time. It felt extremely noisy and disorganized, with clients shouting and the staff looking visibly stressed, extremely stressed. Consider providing more seating at the waiting area as many people were left standing for a very long time. Some extra chairs are affordable!
This environment is not comfortable for clients nor fair to your employees.

My experience with SPC Free Zone has been quite frustrating because simple processes end up becoming slow and complicated. There is a clear lack of coordination between internal teams, which leads to delays, unclear instructions, and being asked for the same information more than once.
When I changed my company from FZE to FZC, all I needed was for the new name to appear on my Emirates ID. My visa was already updated correctly on the UAEICP app. I even visited the office to avoid mistakes. They helped me submit the application, but that still wasn’t enough. Basic things like attaching my passport photo were not included, which caused more delays and extra steps that should not have been necessary.
Another major issue is communication with the team that handles the actual applications. They call you once, but if you miss the call and try to call back, you cannot reach them. The call goes to a different external team that deals with customers and cannot connect you to the people working on your file. This makes it very difficult to get quick answers or clarify anything.
Overall, the system feels disjointed. If SPC improves communication between departments and ensures that applications are submitted correctly the first time, the customer experience would be much smoother.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received. I was clearly informed that the bank account opening would be free and smoothly handled. However, after completing all payments and receiving my Trade License almost two months ago, there has been no proper support or follow-up from your team.
Despite multiple attempts to get updates, no one has taken responsibility for resolving my queries. My bank account is still not opened, which is directly affecting my business operations. It seems that everyone is just completing tasks for the sake of it, without any commitment to the customer or the service promised.

I had the pleasure of doing business with SPC through Ms. Georgiana (she speaks Romanian as me & English) who answered all of our questions and made us feel safe about paying for their services.
Throughout the journey my account was & is being managed by the wonderful Arpit Singh, who made my life so easy with immediate and accurate replies, a friend of mine purchased the same services and his guys didn't know that we paid for health insurance already and kept asking for one, while my guy already sent it to me. in comparison I valued Arpit so much that my friend asked for his account to be moved to Arpit.
Totally recommend SPC
