Having recently transitioned from having admin support with my own business to now working with the admin team at Spark instead, the support I've received has been fantastic. I can flick them work and just trust it will be followed up and be completed. It saves me time, but it also saves me stress and worry.

Update and new review. 2 years ago I had one meeting with these people and no follow up. I wrote a review a year ago, they say I'm not a client. I do not use my real name in reviews, just like others do. I get emails etc. They take your money and you don't hear from them.

I have been a planner since 2007 and not by choice had to change dealer groups a number of times. We landed at Spark Australia 2 years ago after AON walked away from the industry. We are very happy to have been guided through the most turbulent time of regulatory changes in our industry. Very happy to be on board with Arthur and the support team and with a good adviser network with similar values to our own

There were a number of things that attracted me to Spark Financial Group as a licensee; they have excellent communication, have a focus on technology, systems and processes to allow you as an adviser to hit the ground running (if you are a new business), I believe the pricing structure also allows you to be set up for success and I personally resonated with Arthur's story and vision.
