After entertaining our kids and grandkids, we had dirty bedroom carpeting and a stain on a nice area rug. Tyler and Patrick explained how they would treat the stain and set reasonable expectations. Everything turned out beautifully!! Our carpets and rug, once again, look new! Tyler and Patrick were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We highly recommend Spalding!!

Spalding returned to deep clean the carpets for holiday guests. Took a bit of work to get all the stains out, but everything looks great again. Always a fine job and friendly knowledgeable staff. A great family business.

Just moved here from Oregon and inherited a house full of travertine that had seen years of dog pee and neglect. I was skeptical—needed someone who could acid wash, deep clean, and reseal a massive amount of tile without cutting corners. Spalding showed up and blew us away. The crew was professional, respectful, and clearly knew their craft. They tackled every stain, brought the stone back to life, and sealed it so well it looks better than the day the house was built.
