10/10 experience. So worth it I had a prenatal message and let me tell you, it was one of the best massages I've ever had. Desirea was gentle and talented and made my spa experience magical. The spa is beautiful and clean and the private changing rooms really help to have a private moment with yourself. I'd definitely come back. Thank you spa diva.

Terrible experience and I didn't even get to walk in the foor This review doesn't reflect a services received and incredible disappointment this morning while on my hour long drive to this spa I see a email they canceled three services I have booked only a couple hour prior. I confirmed 48hrs in advance and am a business owner myself in the beauty industry. I based my trip into Canada today to have a spa day and was looking forward to it. They said because I didn't have a card on file even after I confirmed 48hr in advance that my appointment was canceled. My booking system or any other business with a valid cancelation policy will not let you book an appointment at all without a valid card on file that remain encrypted unless you need to enforce the cancelation policy. SpaDiva does not have this in place when booking. I booked THREE full services today last week and was on my way when I see they canceled my appointment. They then proceeded to say it was to protect their service providers when in all reality to cancel without a card on file they took from their service providers. This spa is incredibly unprofessional and if they want to have policies in place which they have every right to do they need better systems in play. Incredible unprofessional and will NEVER be coming to this spa nor do I recommend it based on my first and only experience alone. Incredible disappointing and to make matters worse they offered me a walk in appointment later today for ONE service that wasn't even what I booked.

after going to Spa Diva, I can affirm you that it has the best receptionist I've ever dealt with. Her name is Sarah and she made my experience at Spa Diva exceptional. The spa itself offers great services and has amazing staff! I recommend 10/10

I have been going since it opened. It used to be superb . It been getting worse each time. After my last time I did not want to go back but I had a gift certificate for a massage and facial, so I went!! Customer service incompetent. I booked for 10 massage followed by a facial. Get an email written in English and French both languages didn’t make sense with wrong times ect. I call back they apologize still a mess. Then I received another email requesting for my credit card or appointment not confirmed ( it was the next day) but they had the gift certificates on file?!? Once again I call to confirm, they apologize , ok. Now we get there. Massage went well, facial, girl was 25 minutes late in a bad mood cause they booked me to tight after her previous patient. Ok, she washes my face, exfoliates, puts a product on tells me she’ll be back in 15 min, 25minutes later she not back I get up open the door she’s there, eating… sitting. She spent all if 15min with me and then left me there all that time!! Anyway check out was just as bad. For the amount of money they charge! It’s not with it. Gift certificate or not I’ll never go even if free!!

I understand the frustration caused by the mix-up at the reception, and while our new team members are still adjusting, I recognize that this is not an excuse for any lapses in service. Rest assured; I will personally address this issue with our team to ensure it doesn't happen again.

While I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed your massage, I'm truly sorry that your facial didn't meet your expectations. We extended your facial by an additional 15 minutes and provided a discount to cover the remaining balance not covered by your gift certificate. However, it's clear that we didn't fully meet your needs, and for that, I apologize.

Regarding the parking, I understand your disappointment in not receiving an additional 3.5 hours after your treatments. Our policy typically allows for a half-hour to 45 minutes of complimentary parking after checkout, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this.

I appreciate your acknowledgment of the bowl of nuts at the end of your experience. It's disappointing to hear that you won't be returning to us, but please know that we genuinely did everything within our power to accommodate you.

Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we will use it to improve our services. If there's anything further, we can do to address your concerns or if you have any additional feedback to share, please don't hesitate to reach out.

I had a prenatal massage and Jen was amazing!!! So relaxing :) it is a bit hard to find if you are parking underground on Metcalf . It’s on the 4th floor ( hint) over all great experience. I will be back before this baby is born !

Up until recently, I had been going to Spa Diva for many years. I always had a positive experience and used to love coming here but things have totally changed for me in the last few years, leaving me to feel frustrated and not valued as a loyal, long standing client. The “Spa Director” (Nancy), may benefit from some customer satisfaction courses as she either lacks experience or simply doesn’t care about the spa’s reputation. Just to give some context to that; I sent her an email explaining all the many reasons for my disappointment/dissatisfaction with the Spa, to which she initially responded but didn’t offer anything or try to help the situation. She failed to address most of my points so I emailed her back and she asked if we could speak on the phone. I replied to her a little over a week after, as my son had been sick and I also had a death in the family. I apologized for the delay and told her I would be happy to have a phone conversation to further clarify my points. I asked that she provide me with a convenient time that week to speak and she NEVER got back to me, it’s been a month now. Needless to say, I’m over it at this point and have already found another spa that offers a way better overall experience and values their clients. I simply felt the need to share an honest review based on my experience. I do think it’s important to mention that my negative experience and review is based solely on management and reception, NOT the service providers. They are truly amazing, talented and professional individuals and are the ONLY reason I kept coming back. A big thank you to some of them (Rosanna, Mallory & Nicole). They will truly be missed!

Aucun explication quand on arrive pour la 1ère fois. On nous amène à une salle pour se changer et tout le monde disparait après. On doit explorer l’étage en robe de chambre pour savoir où aller. Pour un SPA deluxe ça fait dur.

This is my go-to for a complete relaxation with great customer service and massages. Giving a 4 star because the safes in the private rooms aren't functional, the rest area's ceiling looks like it needs repair, and the whole spa could use a face lift.

J'ai reçu comme cadeau d'anniversaire un massage suédois qui s'est très bien déroulé, j'ai adoré. Seulement je pense que plusieurs améliorations sont à apporter : 1. Ajouter une odeur d'huile essentielle : le client s'attend à être relaxer dès qu'il passe la porte. L'ajout d'odeur incite tout de suite a la relaxation et a la détente. Une odeur d'eucalyptus ou plus chaleureuse permet aussi d'être transporté. 2.Proposer une boisson: étant arrivée une heure plus tôt j'ai pu observer que les employés ne proposent pas de boisson ni de collation. Quelle erreur ! Être accueilli par un thé, un café ou une coupe de champagne est un must, surtout au prix du massage. Avant et après le massage, le client doit se sentir pouponné. La raison à ça est que ce type de spa est réservé à une certaine clientèle ou il s'agit de cadeau donc quoi de mieux que de se détendre en profondeur ? 3.Choix des huiles de massage : donner le choix entre 3 huiles essentielles de massage ajouté un côté haut de gamme surtout qu'il aimerait sentir bon après le massage. Finalement ce type de spa n'est pas seulement une prestation mais une EXPERIENCE, ce qui en fait toute sa particularité.

Je suis tellement contente que vous ayez apprécié votre massage. Nous sommes très fiers de tous nos professionnels. Je vous remercie pour vos critiques constructives et nous prendrons vos commentaires en considération. En fait, nous avons une odeur lorsque vous entrez dans le spa, mais nous ne pouvons pas la rendre trop forte car certains clients sont plus sensibles à l’odeur que d’autres. Je suis désolé qu’il n’ait pas été assez fort pour que vous puissiez en profiter. Je vais envisager de le rendre un peu plus fort.
Je suis surpris qu’on ne vous ait pas offert une boisson à votre arrivée. Nous offrons à tous nos clientes du café, du thé, des fraises enrobées de chocolat, un mélange de noix, du jus de pomme et d’autres jus. Nous l’offrons normalement à tout le monde à l’arrivée dans notre magnifique salon. Cependant, nous ne pouvons pas proposer de champagne car nous n’avons pas de licence. Je vais parler au salon et voir ce qui s’est passé. Je vais chercher à obtenir différents crème de massage, mais nous proposons des massages d’aromathérapie qui Inclure de nombreuses huiles essentielles à choisir. Peut-être la prochaine fois? Je suis tout à fait d’accord avec vous, que venir dans notre spa devrait être une expérience et j’apprécie vos commentaires.
