Terrible experience and I didn't even get to walk in the foor
This review doesn't reflect a services received and incredible disappointment this morning while on my hour long drive to this spa I see a email they canceled three services I have booked only a couple hour prior. I confirmed 48hrs in advance and am a business owner myself in the beauty industry. I based my trip into Canada today to have a spa day and was looking forward to it. They said because I didn't have a card on file even after I confirmed 48hr in advance that my appointment was canceled. My booking system or any other business with a valid cancelation policy will not let you book an appointment at all without a valid card on file that remain encrypted unless you need to enforce the cancelation policy. SpaDiva does not have this in place when booking. I booked THREE full services today last week and was on my way when I see they canceled my appointment. They then proceeded to say it was to protect their service providers when in all reality to cancel without a card on file they took from their service providers. This spa is incredibly unprofessional and if they want to have policies in place which they have every right to do they need better systems in play. Incredible unprofessional and will NEVER be coming to this spa nor do I recommend it based on my first and only experience alone. Incredible disappointing and to make matters worse they offered me a walk in appointment later today for ONE service that wasn't even what I booked.
