Everyone needs to go and see Sal! I went to a group spirit animal workshop with my sister in laws. It was AMAZING. From being anxious not knowing what to expect Sal instantly put us at ease. We could have listened to her voice for hours. The time went far too quickly and we had the most amazing individual and group experience. Sal is extremely knowledgeable and highly professional. If you fancy trying something new as an individual or as part of a group I could not recommend this more.

Highly recommend Salonee from Spacious Wings. For anyone that wants to explore alternatives to talking therapies that are a bit more visual and interactive, Salonee's a safe place to explore that. Her pre-session prep is on point, checking in throughout and giving you things to do so you're not walking in blind. The session itself, I felt safe and confident to be speak freely. Salonee was kind and encouraging throughout. I got so much out of it! I will give a heads up that you may get a little hungry afterwards which I wasn't expecting 😁. So make sure you have some snacks on hand for after. Again, highly recommend and mostly likely, I will be back.

My experience with Salonee was powerful, thorough, and totally supported from start to finish. I was impressed initially with how much prep Salonee required for my past life regression. It showed she cared and was serious about my mental and physical health and she made sure everything was good to proceed. The regression itself was a very powerful experience that she facilitated brilliantly and sensitively, I got some unexpected insights into things I both had, and hadn’t expected, and it shed light on a lot of themes in my current life that I had wanted to explore. I had a past life regression session with Sal. This was done at her beautiful therapy room in Kitchen. Sal made me feel very safe for the work we were going to do and Sal herself was very warm and welcoming. I had a truly unique experience of visiting a past life and then having the opportunity to interact with the past life to help me understand and challenge some self beliefs I have on this life. Sal is a genuine and caring soul who is clearly passionate about her work. I recently attended an ancestral regression and gong workshop with her and from the moment I walked into the room, I felt safe and held in her presence. Sal led us all through a group regression and the energy in the room was so strong throughout, and many of us were able to fully let go and had some amazing visions and experiences during the regression. And the gongs are quite literally awesome, and have to be experienced to be believed! My time with Sal was really incredible. She was warm, professional and easy to trust and open up to. My past life regression session has definitely positively impacted me, I feel I would benefit from a few more sessions but from the 2 sessions I had (1st in person and 2nd online), with the 2nd being a continuation from the first, I now feel as though something within me that previously tormented me is now settled. I feel much more at ease and content, I have so much more clarity and I definitely feel unburdened. It really was a necessary experience for me. Even now, 2 months after my sessions I still listen to her relaxation audio most mornings to start my day off positively and calmly and it really does help. I would definitely recommend a session with Sal. If you feel it’s right, just go for it!

They say timing is everything — and it felt like the right moment for me to meet Salonee and reconnect with a deeper layer of my soul’s journey. I’ve done therapy before, with good results, but I was ready to go further — to the root. A Google search led me to Salonee, and something about her presence (and excellent reviews) made me book a session, even as doubts crept in. Was this the real deal? From the moment we connected on Zoom for our pre-session session, she felt like it. With calm clarity and compassion, Salonee gently cut through my swirling thoughts and zeroed in on what truly needed attention. It wasn’t dramatic or jarring — it was powerful. Travelling to see her for an in-person session was a wonderful experience. How was that 3 hours?? Three weeks on, I’m still processing. My inner dialogue has shifted — subtly, yet noticeably. I feel clearer, and more rooted. Salonee is the real deal — wise, warm, and deeply intuitive. I couldn’t recommend her more highly. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
