Recently purchased celestron 127AZ. Am a beginner. Had atleast 45 mins of discussion before purchase. Neeraj sir understands my requirement and explained me how a telescope needs to be purchased to meet my requirement. They have huge collection and good discounts. They arranged a demo session where a person would be coming to your place and explain A to Z on how to use the telescope. Demo session went for 2 hours. Demo session tutor name is Shiril and he was too friendly who explains even our silly questions. Overall my purchase experience was too great. If you are looking for a telescope please don’t order online. Highly recommend to visit here have an hands on experience before purchase. Cool thing is they have better offers than online.

Bought a Celestron Powerseeker 114EQ. It delivers really good views of planetary and deep sky objects. They assembled the telescope and gave a demonstration. I also ordered a 40mm eyepiece which came well packed. Really a good place to buy astronomical accessories. Thank you

Ordered a telescope bag for my celestron astromaster 130eq. It was shipped within 2 days and received within 5 days as promised. It is cushioned bag with great quality. Customer care response is pretty quick for any delivery related queries.
Had a requirement for custom bags for my telescope and came across space arcade after a lot of search. Neeraj was very humble and very helpful during the entire order and had them made according to requirement. The bags were made and shipped within two weeks and the quality of the bags was very good.
I've had owned a pair of binoculars for quite some time, and had been dreaming of purchasing a telescope for a long time. I had searched extensively for vendors / shops which would sell and educate me about telescopes. I discovered Space Arcade through their online ads and decided to visit their office physically before purchasing one. The office has an impressive amount of products in the inventory. In their office, the owner (Neeraj ji) guided us through all the types and helped me place an order for a particular model that was out of stock. The product took some time to get imported but they kept me updated at every point, from shipping, to customs to final delivery. Even when there were some issues with the courier during delivery, the team followed up diligently, on their own. Every query was answered quickly and patiently.
Even after delivery, they coordinated with us extensively to set up the demo. An expert from their team (Mr. Shiril) helped us set up and walked us through the entire process and the minute accessories, taking a good 3 hours. He even helped capture and process some pictures of Saturn.
Buying a telescope is a significant personal, emotional and financial investment. I have felt supported at every step by the team at Space Arcade. The service is extremely personalised, and the team has a deep knowledge of everything related to astronomy which helped gain my trust. I would recommend their services 10/10 and advice against buying on Amazon. Space Arcade provides better prices as well as services.
P.S. they also organise monthly telescope observation events, so their service doesn’t stop only at sales. Additionally, their shop may be a little difficult to find but the location on Google Maps is correct. A quick enquiry with the neighbours helps get directions to the store. Per my understanding, they will set up a new store soon.
Bought a 60mm space launcher, it was so good, as a beginner, really enjoyed alot, only discomfort i felt was its alignment/adjustment, after focusing the star or planet had tightned scope even though it gets adjusted (means loosen itself and losses the focus ) need to work on that, otherwise i am satisfied..
