SDA has amazing and friendly staff, and a relaxing, clean and well appointed waiting room. Dr. Harless took the time to visit with me, listen to my concerns and desires, and gave me the time and care I needed with my treatment. Great experience

During my latest visit unsure about source of pain. Dr Harless and her team take it step by step very purposefully for treatment efforts one intervention at a time. Clear to me as to next step and time line if we need to try something else. Sound explanation and education as to how I am to carry out treatment at home and when to report back for assessment of the treatment plan.

Dr. Harless and her team are superb. From the moment I walk in the door, they are welcoming, caring and professional. It's a winning combination. Their state-of-the art technology lowers the stress for me at every visit. They're my trusted dental care team. Highly recommend.

The very BEST Dentist I have ever had. She did more than one filling with NO shots or pain!!! Prices are much better than any opportunistic doctor I have EVER had. Her billing department is extraordinary and more than helpful. I would recommend her to everyone, so long as it doesn't make her too busy. A wonderful doctor!!

Had my teeth cleaned and the dental hygienist was the best. She really knows her stuff and was just great.

I felt welcome the minute I walked in. I had 2 phone calls from the office prior to my scheduled appointment, checking on any questions, anxiety etc. I’ve never had such an excellent prescreening of my teeth! I had a sore in my mouth, she referred me to an oral surgeon. The office made the call and I was in the surgeon’s office in 45 min. Until I’m too old to need a dentist Dr. Herless will be my dentist!

Today Feb 20th 2024, my apt was for 9a.m. … Needless to say I was totally surprised by there professionalism, as we as the fact that they treated me so well and answered all my questions. As for the cost, I feel that it was more than fair. I would recommend this Dental office is the very best that I have ever been to.

This is Thomas, and I would like to-say that it took me a little while to find a dentist that accepts my insurance, but ran across this one and was very pleased with the professionalism of this dentist and all the staff. Very nice place.

I have been a dental patient of Soutwest Dental since, at least, 2006. Dr. Helen Harless has provided me several long-lasting crowns over the years. A crown that she provided in 2021 happened to fail. True to her word she repaired this failed crown with a warranty replacement. The integrity with which Dr. Harless deals with her patients is second to none. And true to her claim of continuing to advance her dental school techniques today she used a buffered anesthetic. She explained that unlike other local anesthetics that have high acidity, buffered anesthesia uses sodium bicarbonate mixed into lidocaine prior to injection to neutralize the acid. This buffered anesthetic takes substantially less time to be effective as compared to more traditional anesthetics. If you are looking for quality dentistry with a practitioner who will always be looking out for your best welfare choose Southwest Dental Arts and Dr. Helen Harless. You will be in good hands.

I called Southwest Dental about a painful alignment problem and they were able to fit me in less than three hours later and reduced the crown enough to eliminate the pain. Thank you Dr Harless.
