I have been lifting for about 10 years now and have been to cool gyms all over the world. Southside is, without a doubt, one of my favorite gyms I have ever been to. The equipment is amazing, and the environment makes you want to lift heavy every time you’re there. I wish I could put this gym in my pocket and take it everywhere with me.

I have very much enjoyed and benefitted from my time in Southside Gym. I particularly like that the gym is very well-kept, the equipment is updated regularly, the staff are friendly- and everyone puts the weights back in the correct place!
Hands down the best gym I've been a member of. Friendly and helpful team work there. Equipment is well maintained and regularly get new kit. Most of all other members are friendly and there's very little ego in the gym. Highly recommended.

Very well kept gym with plenty of facilities and solid machines. Owner Barry is an absolute gent as well. Can't go wrong.
Was here for a week pass while my PT was on holidays! Delighted I chose this place, The amount of equipment is amazing very spacious! People are kind and the chap at the front desk was very sweet and helpful for each interaction ! I loved that the women’s changing room was close to the front desk, it added a layer of safety:) Everything was as spotless as it could get with a gym! Will definitely be back in the future!
