Wish I knew about Southland earlier. Excellent experience thus far with no complaints. Extremely professional, patient, timely with high attention to detail. HOA approval required multiple rounds and Southland was patient and constantly helped all along the way. City permit was applied for automatically by them which was highly appreciated. Product delivery was on time and framing was completed by Omar within two days. Very impressive. Our project is still ongoing and will continue to post updates. Excited for the final result. Taylor and Hunter are excellent to work with. I tip my hat for their dedication. Remaining are the motorized screens to achieve an air-conditioned climate controlled area to enjoy on hot summer mosquito-ridden days and cold winters. Will continue to update.

Phenomenal job with our screen enclosure. It was a pleasure to work with Taylor from the beginning. He designed a beautiful covering, and worked tirelessly to see it implemented. His team takes care of the HOA application. Taylor is extremely knowledgeable about the screens (and pools too) and was able to answer all my questions is a very speedy manner. His team showed up early to do the work, were very polite, and cleaned up after themselves. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The work is solid and everyone who has come over has remarked about the high quality of the screens. Taylor has been the best business owner I have ever worked with, across all businesses. I wish he did more than screens and pools!

I had 4 pool enclosure companies come out and give me bids on my project. One of the 4 was outrageous but the other 3 were very, very close in cost and design. I chose Southland Pools for 2 very specific reasons: 1) they were able to give me an estimated start date of 5 to 6 weeks after approvals and 2) Taylor was very easy to talk to and it was obvious that he understood what I was trying to do. Hunter, my Project Manager, got the HOA submission turned in & we were approved in less than a week, cement guys were able to start a week after that, and then due to someone else not being ready Brian & Michael were there to start my project just a few days later. They were able to get my enclosure up in 7 days. And Michael made sure that everything was cleaned up & put away at the end of each day so that there was no inconvenience to my family. Turns out that we were able to start and finish my job in less than the 6 weeks that I was quoted and I could not be happier. As you can see from the before & after photos, my pool enclosure has made my outdoor living space more inviting and comfortable for the entire family. An issue with a misplaced dog door was quickly and easily corrected by the team at Southland so even my pups are happy. I would definitely recommend the entire team at Southland Pools and Screens, they did an amazing job!

I've been dreaming about having our pool enclosed and having a bug-free backyard oasis for a couple of years. I found Southland Pools & Screens via a Google search and called to get an estimate. Taylor came out within a day or two to look at our space and take measurements, we also asked them to give us a quote to refinish and repair our cool decking. I can't speak highly enough about the great service we've received from the entire team at Southland. From the very detailed written estimate for the enclosure, to the professional documentation that they provided for our HOA approval submission, to Bryan's team that installed our enclosure, to Kayla in the office communicating with us throughout the process...everyone did an outstanding job. From the planning all the way to completion. After inspection of the final product and I looked hard because the pests where I’m at are vicious, no issues were found.
