Scheduling was complicated with rescheduling late, communication not optimal and tardiness. Technician nice, very young. Was inspection only. Did not perform any work. Not sure what industry standards are. Was home depot promotion. Hoping inspection reliable.

Our experience was excellent at every stage replacing our gas furnace with a Lennox heat pump system, which also gives us AC. The system price was markedly lower than two previous ones. Southland Heating and Air Conditioning has the experience and expertise to work with us to recommend the best components to fit our needs. Most impressively, their team installed the entire system in a single day. I can’t say enough good things about the members of the installation team, who were friendly, helpful, and took great pride in their professional workmanships.

Ray from southland and Abel and his team removed our old furnace and AC units and replaced them with a heat pump and air handler. The air handler was relocated in the attic and they installed all new ductwork and new registers. I’m super happy with their estimate, pricing, and quality of the work. The careful way they went about doing this major job was impressive. Highly recommend!

Jose, Abel and Alberto did a great job installing a new mini split system. I was very happy with how they paid attention to the little details. They even went so far as to remove the old drainage system and didn’t charge me more for it. Great job guys.
