Thought my refrigerator was going out and began to panic. Naturally I needed a repair person today. I contacted Southern Fixed Appliance mid-morning and Steven was already near my location and came to my house just a few hours later. Checked the refrigerator out and as it turns out the circuit board has gone out but the refrigerator is still working! I’ll be shopping for a new one this week as this one is probably 20+ years old! I was only charged for a service call! I will definitely be using them from now on! Excellent customer service!
