Worn out knee
Went got second opinion on knee comes to find out my knees ate up with arthritis plus a severely torn meniscus I wasn’t told about stuck shot in sent me on way stay away unless you want to be in pain when don’t have to

Let me start out by saying that "Ronnie cost them two points in my rating. Southern Bone and Joint have the best providers in the area. I and my family have been using them for years. The only improvement I could suggest is to get rid of "Ronnie," their AI phone service. There is no way to speak to a person. You can only talk to an AI (which in this case I would say Altered Intelligence. Ronnie apparently has a hearing problem. He has a serious problem with numbers and terminates the conversation without notice. If I ever leave SB&J, it will be because of Ronnie. Otherwise, they are the best in the South.

Exceptional care and service
The staff was incredibly courteous and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Everyone I interacted with was extremely nice and went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable. Their knowledge and expertise were evident, as they answered all my questions in detail and provided excellent care. It was truly a pleasure to visit such a professional and kind team. Highly recommend for anyone seeking quality care!

Rude nurse
I brought a patient to 1500 Ross Clark circle location that was in a wheelchair and the nurse was so rude about having to push the patient to the back i am just transportation i can't help that the patient needs assistance and she should be more than willing to help she is a nurse. She finally assisted her after getting yet another nurse to accommodate her, not sure why.

Arrived at office and checked in, front desk was very nice.
Called back into a room within about 10 minutes of check-in.
Ashley came in to see me and asked what was going on, I told her my problems. Pain in both arms severe at times, hand pain, tingling in both hands, unable to hardly do anything with my right hand and left was getting worse. She left the room go look at my previous x-rays and when the last time I had an MRI done on my neck. Came back and said I had a lot of arthritis above and below my neck surgery, which I already knew. I explained to her that my pain and the function of my hands and arms had gotten worse. She gave me Trigger Shots on both shoulders and stated she wanted me to have a MRI done on my neck.
So waiting to hear from hospital to get that scheduled.
Southern Bone and Joint is terrific. They have some awesome doctors there and I would recommend them to anyone!!
