I think there were two technicians who made the repair on our unit and they were very professional in completing the new valve installation. One of the technicians even came in and replaced our filter, showing us the proper orientation of the new filter. I'm very happy and appreciative of the technicians but am concerned about our unit constantly having issues. We have spent quite a bit of money updating our HVAC system and then having to spend $1,800+ to replace an electric motor ($1,800 for an electric motor?) was troubling. We assumed replacing the motor was going to solve our problem only to find out we also had a valve issue. I'm hoping that this trend doesn't continue with this unit, especially having to spend $1,800 dollars here at Christmas time.
