I highly recommend Southern Air and Mechanical. I had called a different company to help with my HVAC not working, and after 3 visits from the other guys, the problem still persisted. One call to Southern, and Leslie had me set up same day with Luis. Luis diagnosed the issue quickly and I was able to get the part under warranty (thank you Leslie!) and installed within no time. Luis was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Fantastic service from a fantastic team!

Luis was the best! He walked us through all of our HVAC systems, settings and expected operations. . He was exceedingly courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Great service.
I will request him to be our tech for all our routine maintenance as well as any emergencies

Louis arrived on time
He is respectful of my home, efficient and met all my concerns. He did a great job. I am very happy with my contract for maintenance.
He noticed a safety issue with a rafter in my attic. He took a picture of the problem so I could see it. I appreciate his efforts to insure my safety and allow me the opportunity to have a contractor access the issue.

Verry pleased with Southern Air. Have had 4 seasonal maintenance calls now. Luis did great on the last 2. SAM sends a text with a picture of the technucian and a small bio so we know who is coming into our home. I switched to Southern because they are reasonably priced but mostly to follow my favorite salesman, Kelly. He is awesome! Has heloed me several times after hours. Kelly really goes above and beyond to take care of his clients even years after their purchase of a new system. Highly recommend!

Kyle performed my semi annual inspection and was very professional and knowledgeable. He found an issue with my HVAC unit created by another well know company that could have caused injury. He explained the issue, offered to disconnect the equipment causing the issue, he advised I could either replace it or not. I asked him to give me a price for a new unit and after further research, he realized it was wired incorrectly, so he’l re- wired it and didn’t not charge me. I am very happy with this service and other service that I have received from them in the past.

Highly Recommend Southern Air Mechanical!
I recently needed some help with my HVAC. I had multiple companies come out before calling Southern Air. Kelly, who came out initially to quote the project, was very friendly, knowledgeable and honest about everything that needed to be done to correct our issues. He did not make me feel pressured and gave multiple options. This was another positive experience that sold me. I chose the Breathe Easy Bundle, which included a full attic restoration and a new HVAC system. Kelly really went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get me a great system that was perfect for our home for a GREAT VALUE!!! I have no doubts. This seemed like the best option for us. From start to finish, the experience was excellent.
The crew — Flacco, Jose, and the rest of the amazing team — worked incredibly hard, putting in a full 15-hour day on the first day alone. It was a big job and they stayed professional, reliable, and respectful the entire time. If they had any concerns or if I did then they addressed them and made any changes if necessary.
They also seen I had other work going on in the home and recommended holding off on the new insulation until any work requiring attic access was completed to not disrupt the new insulation. This was very courteous and beneficial to me as the customer and something most companies would not have done or considered.
It really showed me they put their quality of work along with what’s best for the customer first.
The office staff was also great to work with — they were responsive, helpful, and quick to address any concerns or questions I had when I called.
Overall, I’m very impressed with the quality of the work, and customer service. Southern Air Mechanical is a honest company that stands by their word. I am very pleased with my decision and look forward to recommending them to my friends and family. I can feel a big difference in the comfort of my home and I know it will last years to come. Knowing I hired the right Company to do it just makes the money spent worth it.

I've used Southern Air for two separate issues over the past year. My 13 year old system was acting up. Kelly Smith provided a thorough diagnosis and review of my options. I considered my time and expense trying to repair my old system vs a new one. No pressure was applied. Since I have no desire to move we decided on a new 2 stage variable speed system. Flocko and his crew were outstanding. Fast, thorough, on-time as scheduled, and they left no trace. Couldn't be happier with my lower electric bills and COLD air. I also called Southern Air to see about a mini-split for my 20x30 garage. Same experience. Professional, on-time and thorough. Although there was an issue with a flange connection, Jose Olazaba was able to quickly fix the problem and now my garage has COLD air as well. Highly recommend Southern Air!

Outstanding service!!
The service tech, Tim was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue with our heat pump quickly. He corrected the problems and had the cool air blowing again in no time. Tim also explained what he was doing as he went along with the repairs. He was also very friendly and made the situation overall very pleasant! Southern Air is the only place I call for A/C repairs.
