I have the absolute pleasure of having Louisa visit my mum regularly at home for ear waxing, and I can’t recommend her highly enough! From the moment she arrived, she was warm, friendly, and completely professional. She explained everything clearly, made us feel comfortable right away, and carried out the treatment with such care and precision.
The results were fantastic — Mum felt lighter, clearer, and so relieved afterward. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such a lovely personality, but Louisa truly does. The convenience of having her come to Mum’s home, with or without me there, made the whole experience even better for my 86-year-old mum.

I have always had trouble with my ears and used to go to the GP for micro suction but when they stopped offering the service I was stuck! After a really miserable time of not being able to hear properly and trying to use oils to cure it it was the final straw when I couldnt hear on holiday after water was trapped behind the wax. I found Lou and its been a life changer for me. Lou is professional, kind and knowledgeable and I wont be going anywhere else!!

I recently visited Louisa for micro suction after a nasty ear infection left me totally blocked and unable to hear well. She was easy to find, her premises were clean, warm and welcoming. Louisa herself was very professional - she explained everything that she was doing and made me feel very at ease. The result - I can now hear again!! Would 100% recommend!

Louisa was very efficient and friendly, she explained everything clearly and talked my husband through the process. The treatment is ongoing but he's very satisfied with progress so far, and happy to return.

Very efficient, and professional service. Both ears cleared and able to view the eardrum before and after. It’s pain free, quick and simple. Felt very at ease with the whole experience.
