I would give Wayne ten stars if I could. Wayne was on time and very professional throughout the inspection. He treated our tenants with respect and answered any questions the tenants had to make them feel comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone that needs their services. The office team was great as well.

South Coast Deck Inspections came out today and inspected the four units in our HOA. Arrived on time, drove down from Orange County to San Diego. Wayne our inspector was very informative and answered all my questions. Also the price for the inspection was well within our HOA budget. I recommend giving them a call if you need an inspection.
