Hands down the best and most knowledgeable TV mounting experience we have ever had. We moved into a house in Providence Downs that has 2 stone fireplaces that needed mounts! John, Yuriy and Matthew knew exactly which mounts would work best in the stone and they successfully mounted one of our mounts and one they brought with them. They were personable to have around and handled our stone and our TV's with care and professionalism even cleaning up all the stone dust after drilling! The price was EXTREMELY reasonable. This is a highly skilled team!

Husband and I was in need of having two TVs mounted. So we called and made an appointment and Mr John came out to our home to help us with our task as we were scared to try to attempt this task alone.. John showed up on time and was very professional. He got right to work and was done in no time.. He was sure to do this work in a timely matter and left no mess behind.. He was so kind and he made sure we had no questions before he left.. Very professional, answered all questions, and ensured I was happy with the service. Would def recommend them to anyone. I'm a woman that lives alone and at no point did I feel insecure about someone in the house with me. Truly appreciate everything. Its was less than 24 hours from accepting the quote and he was at my door. Also had no problem stopping and getting the mount I really wanted because the first one I asked for wasn't right for my needs. Update: I just moved and asked John to come help me mount my new tv. Its a 75" and we had about 80" of space to work with and John made that happen! Literally couldn't ask for a better outcome. Thanks again for being so great.

Y'all - John is such a pleasure to deal with and does such excellent work that this is actually the 2nd time I've used him and the 2nd review I've written. We used him a few years ago to install a TV over our stone fireplace. When our TV died and we accidentally ordered the wrong size that didn't work with the current mounting set-up, we just got John back here to adjust the mount and get us all set up. A no-brainer. Call him. Will be the best money you spend!

We needed our TV hung, and my husband contacted South Charlotte Services. We can’t speak to the quality of their work, but we can speak to the quality of their customer service. It’s dismal. My husband was communicating to them via text. In the first screenshot, you’ll see the first apology for not responding to my husband. The second screenshot says they would make our request a priority the next day. We never heard from them again. That was on Tuesday. I’m posting this on Saturday. If that’s making the customer a priority, I don’t want to know how they are if you’re not a priority.
