I completed the Mental Health First Aid training course run by Soundcastle and I highly recommend this course to ANYONE. It needs no prior knowledge of the mental health space, it is informative, inclusive, collaborative, excellently well-communicated and supported from an admin perspective and the delivery of it (I did the online version) was superb. I have learnt about myself, about the world of mental health and wellbeing and feel much more equipped to have conversations with anyone struggling with their mental health. HUGE applause to the team at Soundcastle for doing this work - everyone should do this!! Thank you Soundcastle x

Sound Connections 2024.10.22

     

Soundcastle ran an excellent training session for us around managing mental health and finding boundaries in the arts. We received great feedback from an engaged group of participants and will definitely be in touch with the organisation again for future training events. We have also been in touch with individual members of staff as part of our mentoring programme for the past few years. Again, the feedback and learning from these sessions has been extremely positive and inspiring!

I did mental health first aid training with Soundcastle and can’t recommend it highly enough. It was extremely well structured and led with great resources and engaging & interactive content. The course leaders were brilliant and extremely caring. It was also quite a small group of trainees which gave us all plenty of attention and time for discussion/questions.
