Alana was a huge help setting up my appointment, I had trouble with the deposit app and she walked me through it and then wind up. Give me a call back numerous times to make sure that everything worked at check-in when I showed up for my appointment was very friendly and efficient.

Awesome experience with Sound FX! Thomas guided me through a lift and wheel selection process that was seemless and professional. The communication from them was consistent and very thorough as well. Sound FX installed a front and rear camera. They did a great job, provided a loaner car for the day and went over how to operate it with me.

Driving an older model jeep that didn’t have a rear vision camera was at times stressful in high foot traffic crowded parking area. I was very impressed with the team at Sound FX. I was surprised they had a loaner car available for me to use while having a bed cover and liner installed. The service team even helped me fix my running boards at no charge. Bryson was awesome. I would highly recommend them for any vehicle upgrades.

I recently had my windows tinted here. Alanna helped me. She was friendly and knowledgeable. I was impressed with how soon she was able to schedule my appointment, she even set me up with one of their loaner vehicles which was great, because I didn’t need to miss any time from work!

I called to make an appointment. They gave me an appointment right away. The guy Thomas was very nice. He kept me informed on what was going on and what time to be there and how long it would take and inform me of that if I have any concerns just call him. He gave me his personal extension. Very good customer service.
