As this was my first time I feel great. I will definitely come back to do it. I was a little impatient at first because of the explanation get too much thinking going. But it was great experience nonetheless. I will be back

I think I found Soul Dimension pranayama breathing sessions through Eventbrite. I've experienced a lot of online yoga and breathwork since the pandemic but this session was perfect. In the short 30m session my day was not significantly interrupted. I was able to follow the instructions clearly and had an experience comparable to an in-person session. I will definitely be doing this again and take advantage of the other offerings. Thank you

Sylvie is an amazing teacher. The breathing techniques are incredible and has helped me immensely with my anxiety along with other issues. Highly recommend joining her on this journey of great meditation. She has many followers joining her from her other countries and that makes the experience even better because.

I had my first online breathwork and it was amazing!I found Sylvia online looking for support groups and meditation groups to help me navigate my traumas and emotions after divorce. I have never practice the breathwok technique Sylvia teaches before. It was a mindblowing experience. I felt very connected, relaxed, and focused. I noticed that I didn't have anxiety that day. We did the breathwork, OM chanting, and meditations. We also had a Q&A afterwards.
Highly recommend, if you are looking for healing traumas and dealing with anxiety.
