Sam is an absolute genius and a gem of a person. I came here for a second opinion after my dealership told me my brake pads needed to be replaced immediately. Sam took the time to show me the pads and explain that they were still in great condition and no replacement needed. He saved me from an unnecessary (and expensive) service. Honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I highly recommend Sam!
I was having ac issues and went to him to resolve them. He said he would top up the freon. After 2 HOURS, he finished but he did not resolve the issue. After taking it to another shop they found that the system was not taking any freon at all.
He charged $200 cash and all he did was walk around in the back of the shop. He is not knowledgeable and is cash grabbing. Please beware.
Sam was very helpful and professional in resolving an emergency I had. He was able to accommodate me in spite of the short notice. Investigated the issue (with no charge) then gave me a plan on what must be done. Completed the job while I was waiting in a comfortable, clean and hospitable waiting area. Advised what could be done in the future regarding potential related issues. Job very well done Sam, thank you. I gave 4 out of 5 stars just because I believe in continuous improvement. Thanks again for an excellent experience.
