Visited a family member the other day. I have to say I was really impressed by the staff, the facility, and the level of care. For sure worth checking out for your loved ones. I can safely say I am enthralled to leave my aunt in their care!
I don't have a loved one here, but I never felt more welcome on a tour. Lindsay is so amazing. She makes the entire process easy and painless. If you want somebody moved in she will work to make it happen, help you along the way, and fill you in on anything you need to know. A lot of reviews mention her and there is a reason for that.
I knew I was in the right place when I walked in the front door. I knew I would like it when one of the kitchen staff came over to hug me and welcome me. It feels like home here and I was very sceptical in coming to a place like this but this place has far exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness and friendliness here is immense. What a great group of people here. A great place to find community after retirement.
Since my mom has moved into the Waterford, she has been the happiest she has been in a long time! She feels safe and like she is surrounded by family all the time. They are always active, supportive, and willing to help in any way needed. From the daily exercise, on-site therapy offerings, and outings they are offered, I don’t believe there are any better options out there!
I love this place and so does my grandmother! It is very clean, friendly, accommodating and feel like a very great community. It has been so great for my grandma and she loves her neighbors and friends. I always look forward to visiting and seeing the staff and the people who stay there! I cannot recommend it more.
The Wellington has always been a good place for elders. This place is clean and the caregivers are awesome . I would recommend someone that need championship and emotional support to come.
This place is very nice and beautiful. I enjoy coming to visit my grandma here! The staff and residents are very friendly and welcoming. We even got to throw her a birthday party where her friends were able to attend! Definitely recommend 10/10
We cannot say enough great things about the care that was given to our dad during his stay at The Waterford. The staff was so caring and they treated him like they would have treated any of their own grandparents.
Dad thoroughly enjoyed his time there and all the activities that were offered. I would not hesitate to send any loved one there ❤️❤️
Whitley Place has been a great place for my mom. She is in their memory care unit. They treat her like family. Everyone from their Administrator to their Care Team knows everyone’s name and calls them by their name. They are very kind and attentive to the residents. They are always so pleasant and helpful. I have no complaints about any of them.
We were able to connect with Amanda Pooser for a relative needing a safe and wonderful environment. She and the overall staff has been a blessing. Thank you!

Not only do they have the expertise to care for the physical needs of someone, they also possess the love and personal touch to care for a persons mental state of mind. They will keep your loved one as busy as they can handle which is a great thing. You’ll have the peace of mind knowing your loved one is well taken care of!

This is normally very good. I've had some trouble getting stuff fixed and they are busy and I understand. Robert does a really good job! But I understand that they can be busy. The water came out really hot but they did come out to fix it. The front desk and Daphne do a really great job to help get a hold of Robert when I need him. He came today to give me an answer. Everything else has been good. I don't have a big problem but they make me feel comfortable and respond quickly. The activities with Tim has been so great! It gives me something to do.
I don’t believe that a lot of senior citizens are aware of this place. This place is so wonderful! There has been some noted changes that have happened. definitely great things happening which are very exciting! With the addition of our new executive director, we have seen so many great changes that we haven’t had before. The scents, the centerpiece, the upgrades! They are all great and we cannot wait to see more. The progress has been sudden but we welcome them!
I enjoy being here. Great staff and great community. The food is great and the new leader is doing great things. The staff here is very helpful and friendly. I am blind so they help me quite a bit.
I think this is a great place for seniors. The atmosphere is over and above. The people who work here are always helpful and friendly. Our staff is great. I enjoy having staff that works hard and very personable. Ruben Dietz the new executive director has been a joy to meet and he has made us all feel extra special. He is truly amazing. I am looking forward to having our family holiday dinner. In only 1 month he has truly made a difference. Our new centerpieces in the dining room, the upgrades to the salad bar, including us in changes and asking us what we would like to see is great. I am looking forward to more and more to be done by Ruben and his team. I can't wait to see what our future holds. Thank you Ruben and your team.
The Waterford at Colby holds a special place in our hearts because my wife’s grandmother lives here. It means a lot to our family knowing she is in a place where she can receive care, support, and companionship. Having a loved one in a care community is so much more than just knowing they have a place to live. It is about knowing they are treated with kindness, dignity, and respect.
We are grateful for the people who help make The Waterford feel like more than just a facility. They are caring for someone who means so much to our family, and that means the world to us. I truly appreciate the work that goes into making residents feel comfortable, valued, and at home.
I would absolutely recommend The Waterford at Colby to other families looking for a place for their loved ones. Knowing that my wife’s grandmother is there gives this place a special meaning to us, and we appreciate everyone who plays a part in her life there. ❤️
